What to Expect
1. Application Review

2. Initial Phone Screen
A 20 to 30 minute call with our HR team to learn more about your experience, availability, and goals.
3. Clinical Interview
For BCBA and BCaBA roles, a clinical interview with our Director of Clinical Services to assess knowledge and fit.
4. Onboarding
Background check, credential verification, and orientation. Most candidates start within two to three weeks of offer.

Clinical — All Counties
Lead ABA therapy cases for children and young adults across Southeast Florida. Design and supervise treatment plans, conduct FBAs, train RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools.
Requirements
✓ BCBA certification required
✓ Florida licensure required or in progress
✓ Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
✓ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Clinical — All Counties
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings. Collect session data, support family training, and follow individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
✓ RBT certification required or in progress
✓ High school diploma required
✓ Experience working with children preferred
✓ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Clinical — Miami-Dade & Broward
Assist BCBAs with treatment plan implementation and data review. Support RBT training and family coaching under BCBA supervision across in-home and school-based programs.
Requirements
✓ BCaBA certification required
✓ Florida supervised experience documentation
✓ Strong data collection and analysis skills
✓ Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Clinical Support — All Counties
Provide direct behavioral support to clients under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. Work across in-home and school settings to implement behavior plans and support skill development.
Requirements
✓ High school diploma required
✓ RBT certification preferred or in progress
✓ Reliable transportation across service area
✓ Background check required
